1) Products:

a) For Foods, Best Before Date is printed on a product as:

Year, Month, Date

Year, Month

b) Labeling information: Japanese.

c) The package of a product would be changed without notice.

2) Shipping:

a) At customs clearance, a product is declared as " for personal use".

b) We cannot include a Restaurant, nor Corporate name on the shipping address.

c) We do not mark merchandise below value or mark items as “gifts” for your purchase.

d) The buyer is responsible for Import duty (tax), and Customs clearance in the receiving

country.

e) Import duty is normally collected from you by the delivering freight (shipping) company,

do not confuse it with additional shipping charges.

f) In some areas, the surcharge for “Out of Delivery area” or “Remote area” would be

additionally applied. and would be charged from us before the shipment.

g) A recycle (including Amazon) box would be used for packing.

3) Return:

a) A return by a buyer's reason is not accepted.
